contempt petition has become infructuous as the order dated 27.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16411 of 2021 has been duly complied with, by passing of a reasoned order by the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar vide order dated 03.11.2021 upon the claim of the petitioners for allotment of kiosks.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
