Petitioner presses this writ petition on the basis of the representation at Annexure-5 on the question of authority of the Collector of the district in such matters. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner takes support of a decision to the case of the Petitioner.

For the opinion of this Court, the Collector is a member of the RPDAC does not mean that he has all power to control all such matters involving a public sector company.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, the representation at Annexure-5 cannot be considered since the same is made to Collector of the district. If the Petitioner is so advised, may approach to the appropriate body.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
