This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. Rohit Ranjan Ray, learned counsel submits that he intends to withdraw his power from this case and, accordingly, his name may be deleted from the cause list as well as from the brief. Office is accordingly requested to delete the name of Mr. Rohit Ranjan Ray from the cause list as well as from the brief.

Mr. U.C. Dora, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to withdraw the bail application with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if the trial is not concluded within a period of four months.

Mr. Udit Ranjan Jena, learned counsel for the NCB raises no objection.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application with a request to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the case preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication/receipt/
