1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. A.K. Das, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Goutam Mishra, learned Sr. Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. It is submitted that during pendency of the matter though the Petitioner has been given promotion in the year 2019, but the entitlement of the Petitioner has not yet been released in his favour.

4. In view of that this Court while disposing the writ Petition permits the Petitioner to move an application in that regard before O.P. No. 2 within a period of three (3) weeks. It is observed that if any such application is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner.
