Heard Mr. B.P. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite parties no.3 and 4 and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-opposite parties no.1 and 2.

Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite parties no.3 and 4 by filing counter affidavit in Court today brings to the notice of this Court that on the basis of the counseling held, the petitioner has been allotted the subject pediatrics in PG Medical course at Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar.
