Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order of imposition of penalty by the disciplinary authority. 4.

Since against the order passed by the disciplinary authority, appeal lies, this Court directs the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority highlighting the grievances within a period of fifteen days. In the event, the petitioner files such appeal along with this order, the appellate authority shall consider and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six months thereafter. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
