Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Keeping in view the pendency of a grievance of the petitioner, it appears on the self same issue, petitioner has a pending request before the Tahasildar, Berhampur, In the event of pendency of such request involving the petitioner, the Tahasildar, Berhampur is directed to take decision, as appropriate, involving the petitioner involving Annexure-7 series by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but, however, providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
