This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.13233 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 14.10.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the same was modified vide order dated 09.11.2022 in I.A. No.2159 of 2022 but in 8th line of paragraph-6 of the said order, it has been inadvertently written the words "rupees five thousand" instead of "rupees two thousand". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is directed that in 8th line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 09.11.2022 it be mentioned as "rupees two thousand" in place

// 2 // of "rupees five thousand", rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in I.A. No.2159 of 2022. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
