This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode.

According to learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of Opposite Parties in extending benefit under the Odisha Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2006 to her though she has been enlisted for such benefit. He further submits that though highlighting her grievance, the Petitioner has filed a grievance petition on 24th September, 2021 before Opposite Party No.2-Collector, Bolangir under Annexure-6, however, till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays for a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted grievance Petition under Annexure-6 within a specific time period.

Considering such submission, this Court directs the Collector, Bolangir-Opposite Party No.2 to take decision on the above noted grievance petition under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of

// 2 // production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
