This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard the petitioner in person and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the IIC, Markatnagar Police Station, Cuttack registered the F.I.R. simply under Section 279 of the IPC and the driver is becoming scot free and no action has been taken. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is a prima facie case found against the driver of the vehicle, who was driving the vehicle on the date of occurrence, i.e., 24.09.022.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the IIC, Markatnagar Police Station to take appropriate action

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
