This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. R.K. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking for transfer of T.R. Case No. 02 of 2021 filed under Sec. 20(B)II(C) and 29 of the NDPS Act, pending before the learned ADJ -cum- Special Judge, Gunupur, Rayagada to the Court of learned Special Judge, Sambalpur.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the Petitioner after being released on bail is facing difficulty in attending the Court at Gunupur, Rayagada on each and every date of posting of the case as he is a permanent resident of Sambalpur.
5. Considering the submissions made and the grounds taken in the application, this Court does not find any justifiable ground raised for transfer of the T.R. Case No. 02 of 2021.
6. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Application and dismissed the same.
