This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 341, 294, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Bolagarh P.S.Case No.232 of 2022, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. Release of the Petitioner shall be subject to the condition that she shall not indulge in similar nature of criminal
// 2 // offence while on bail and she also shall not enter into the Bar Association Hall of Bolagarh while on bail.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
