This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dtd.14.10.2022 as well as modification in the bail application and extension of time to surrender.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the G.R. Case number is concerned. Accordingly, in para-4 of the order dated 14.10.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.13244 of 2022, the "G.R. Case No.232 of 2022" is hereby corrected as "G.R. Case No.753 of 2022", other conditions in the said order remaining intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 14.10.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.13244 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
