This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In compliance of the orders dated 21.10.2022, 25.11.2022, 30.11.2022 and 06.12.2022, an affidavit has been filed by the Executive Director, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar enclosing the report under Annexure-A/1 dated 18.11.2022 to the said affidavit. The same be kept on record.

In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the report furnished by the Executive Director, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar under Annexure-A/1 dated 18.11.2022 and as per the remarks given therein. Needless to say, since the petitioner was selected but could not be given appointment because of some deficiencies, prejudice has been caused to the petitioner, but on the basis of the report so furnished by the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar by way of affidavit, opposite party no.2 is directed to take follow up action in the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
