Against the eviction notice dated 10.10.2022 issued by the Tahasildar, Ulunda, the petitioner has directly approached this Court in the present writ petition instead of availing the appropriate forum available under the statute.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
