Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is President of the Self Help Group (SHG), up for nomination to the Executive Committee of Kulasikhara Gram Panchayat Cluster Level Forum. Members of the Self Help Group made representation dated 22nd July, 2022 to the Collector (opposite party no.2), in that regard. He submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider the representation. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 22nd July, 2022. For the purpose said opposite party will do all things necessary regarding selection of the office
