Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There are no details inasmuch as spot map at least establishing the Chaka applied, if converted as a direct road access, such conversion shall not create any difficulty with the other Chaka holder in and around the plot. Unfortunately learned counsel for the Petitioner even does not copy of the application made to the Tahasildar, Ersama. This Court finds, there is no head and tail in the claim of the Petitioner therein.

At this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition to bring appropriate Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
