This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service in the post of Khalasi with all service and financial benefits within a stipulated time, in view of the judgments of the apex Court reported in AIR 2010 SC 2587, AIR 2005 SC 1806, 2006 AIR SCW 1991, 1982 (2) SLR SC 248 (SC) and of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 14365 of 2015.

Mr. S. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties states that since the petitioner has already filed representation vide Annexure-5, which is still pending for consideration, direction may be given to the authority to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time.

Having heard Mr. S. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties and on perusing the records, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of

directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 taking into consideration the judgments of the apex Court reported in AIR 2010 SC 2587, AIR 2005 SC 1806, 2006 AIR SCW 1991, 1982 (2) SLR SC 248 (SC) and of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 14365 of 2015 and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
