Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as the Petitioner has already made request to the competent authority vide Annexures-9 & 10, this Court finds presently the Writ Petition is not entertainable. This Court therefore in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexures-9 & 10 and take a lawful decision in the matter by completing entire exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 2.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
