Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the punishment orders dated 08.02.2008 under Annexure-9 and 13.03.1995 arising out of departmental proceeding dated 09.04.198 and further to issue direction to opposite party no.1 to consider his appeal at Annexure-10 dated 02.07.2008 within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made appeal to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order in accordance with
law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
