Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

In this petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur to dispose of G.R. Case No.564 of 2008 arising out of Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.209 of 2008 pending before him and to conclude within a specified time period.

Considering the submissions made and innocuous nature of prayer, this Court directs the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur to make all endeavor to dispose of the above noted G.R. Case in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from today, if there

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
