Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension passed by Opp. party No.3 on 11.10.2022 under Annexure-4.

4. Since the petitioner has been placed under suspension by the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the matter. However, if any application seeking revocation of the said order of suspension is made by the petitioner before the said authority within a period of seven days from today, the said authority shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of one month.
