Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to communicate the approval order with regard to regularization of the service of the petitioner from 20.08.1994 and restore his seniority from that date as proposed by opposite party no.4 in his office letter dated 07.10.2015 and to grant all consequential service and financial benefit in his favour within a stipulated period. 4.

As it appears, opposite party no.4-Block Education Officer, Baripada has recommended the case of the petitioner to opposite party no.2, vide letter dated 07.10.2015 under Annexure-6. It is contended that the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to act upon the recommendation made by opposite party no.4, vide letter dated 07.10.2015 under

Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
