This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

None appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called. On 08.12.2021 none was also appeared on behalf of the Petitioners.

Since the grievance of the Petitioners in the present writ petition pertains to non-payment of retrial dues and pensionary benefits, there is no meaning keeping the matter pending. 4.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioners to make representation to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 taking all the grounds available to them in support of their claims. If such representation is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law by the Opposite Party No.2 by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision taken on the

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
