The present Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 21st October, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.32386 of 2021, whereby the Claim Commissioner, Bhubaneswar was directed to dispose of the pending case of the petitioner by 1st February, 2022. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner realizing that the proper parties having not impleaded in the present Contempt, prays for permission to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
