Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the Opp. Parties to sanction and disburse the final pension and all retiral benefits viz- GPF, Gratuity, Unutilized leave salary and commuted value of pension and revised arrears expeditiously with interest @ 18 % per annum for such inordinate delay of eight years to settle and release her retiral dues and pension in terms of the principles decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court as well as this Hon'ble Court in the case of D.D.Tiwari (D) Thr. LRs-vrs. Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam Lt., reported in 2015(I) OLR SC 81, Mohan Dakua & Others vrs. SAIL, reported in 2015 (I) OLR 386, Nabaghan Rout and others Vrs. OLIC Ltd. & Others. Reported in 2015 (I) ILR-CUT-1000".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a
// 2 // direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexures-3 & 4 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
