This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In this writ petition, the Petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 21st March, 2020 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.P. No. 929 of 2017, whereby he disposed of an application under Section 36 of the Special Marriage Act directing the Opposite Party-Husband, namely, Sasanka Kumar Dixit, to pay pedentelite maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month to the PetitionerWife from the date of the impugned order i.e. 21st March, 2020. 3.
In course of hearing, Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if a direction is made to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to disposes of C.P No. 929 of 2017 at an early date. Hence, he does not want to press the prayer made in this writ petition. It is his submission that there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the C.P. No. 929 of 2017.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to issue a direction
// 2 // to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of C.P. No. 929 of 2017.

However, it is directed that if an application is moved before the Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of C.P. No. 929 of 2017 stating the grounds therein within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order, it shall do well to consider such petition as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks therefrom and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
