This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to count the period from 31.05.1991 to 29.12.1998 towards pension, leave and increments and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to grant and release the pensionary and other consequential benefits within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-10, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment of the apex Court in the case of Amarendra Kumar Mohapatra v. State of Orissa (Civil Appeal No. 8322 of 2009 disposed of on 19.02.2014) within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ
petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-10 taking into consideration the judgment of the apex Court in the case of Amarendra Kumar Mohapatra v. State of Orissa (Civil Appeal No. 8322 of 2009 disposed of on 19.02.2014), by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
