Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Grievance of the petitioners appears to be not giving effect to the decision of the Director, Land Records & Survey, Odisha dated 14.07.2020 vide Annexure-7 on pendency of a writ petition bearing W.P.(C).No.21615 of 2020. A statement is made in the Court to the effect that undisputedly there is stay order operating involving the direction at Annexure-7 through the aforesaid writ petition and pendency of such writ petition becomes an impediment in working out the remedy sought for by the petitioner herein. For the obstruction to the petitioner by virtue of the interim order involving W.P.(C).No.21615 of 2020, this Court while declining to entertain the matter further observes if the petitioners so advised may intervene in the aforesaid writ petition and request for early disposal of the same as the fate of the petitioners hinges on the final outcome in W.P.(C).no.21615 of 2020 and no other reason involved herein.
