This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the F.I.R. dated 23.05.2021 as well as the Final Form/Charge Sheet dated 09.06.2022 in G.R. Case No. 307 of 2021 corresponding to Rajkanika P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aul.

It appears that this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. had been filed on 13.10.2022 and more than 5 months have elapsed since the chargesheet was filed. Hence, this application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order taking cognizance, if any, if so advised.

The CRLMC is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
