Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of transfer issued at Annexure-4 in respect of the petitioner and order vide letter No.1555 dated 01.08.2018 under Annexure-10 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to permit the petitioner to continue at his previous place of working i.e. office of the RTO, Nabarangpur.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure11 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-11 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
