Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client received pre-litigation case notice in respect of her outstanding with Bank of India. His client wants direction upon the bank for extending One Time Settlement (OTS) facility. 2.

It appears petitioner was directed, by the notice, to contact the bank for taking of case for settlement through conciliation in ensuing Micro Level National E-Lok Adalat held on 8th August, 2022. 3.

Petitioner is directed to approach the bank on production of the pre-litigation notice as well as this order and seek conciliation for settlement of her account.

The writ petition is disposed of.
