1. Learned counsel for the State submits that no F.I.R. has been lodged or registered against the Petitioner till date.

2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty for the Petitioner to file fresh bail application in case any cause of action arises upon lodging of F.I.R. in connection with the present case.
