Heard Mr. A.R. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.
This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Pintu Singh in connection with Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.131 of 2018 corresponding to S.T. Case No.29 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Balasore for alleged commission of offence under Sections 452/342/294/325/354/506/ 313/376(D)/376(2)(h)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Upon hearing both parties and considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the statement of other witnesses, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 4.
However as prayed for, the Petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of victim.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
