2. Heard Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with for the following relief.
" to quash the recovery order No.5254 dt.30.5.2018 issued by Chief District Medical Officer, Bhadrak under Annexure-3 by declaring such orders as illegal, unjustified, null, void and unenforceable. To direct the opp. party No.3 to decide the representation dated 18.6.2018 under Annexure-4 as per the decision reported in (2015) 4SCC.334 = AIR 2015 SC 696 (State of Punjab & Others-v-Rfia Masih) (White Washer) & another decision reported in 2016(I) ILR-CUT-744 (Akshaya Kumar PatraV.M.D, Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporatin Ltd. & Others)."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition, before opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No. 3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Till a fresh decision is taken, interim order passed on 26.7.2018 shall continue.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
