At the outset, on oral prayer made Mr. S.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to appropriately describe the Opposite Party No.2 in court today.

Heard Mr. S. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

According to Mr. Dash, the petitioners are aggrieved by the manner in which the investigation is proceeding in connection with Kumbharapada P.S. Case No. 253 of 2022 registered for commission of offence under Sections-447/341/342/323/506/34, I.P.C.

Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that for redressal of such type of grievances, the petitioners should approach the Superintendent of Police, Puri (Opposite Party No.3).

In such background, Mr. Dash submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file a grievance petition before the

Superintendent of Police, Puri (Opposite Party No.3) and the said Opposite Party be directed to take a decision on the grievance petition of the petitioners within a specific time period. 6.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a grievance petition before the Superintendent of Police, Puri (Opposite Party No.3) within a week along with a copy of this order by Speed Post. In the event, such a petition is received by the Opposite Party No.3, he is directed to take a decision in accordance with law within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner no.1 who in term is directed to share such information with the other petitioner. 7.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
