1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2 The present contempt has been filed with the allegation that the order dated 30.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.14854 of 2020 has not been complied with.

3. Upon notice, the Opposite Parties have filed a compliance affidavit dated 03.03.2022, and Para-6 of the same reads as under:- "6. That in pursuance to the order dtd. 30.03.2021 of the Hon'ble Court, this deponent after verifying enquiry report of concerned R.I., letter of the Tahasildar, Bangomunda and letter of Spl. LAO, LIIP, Khariar and after hearing the representation of the Petitioner, this deponent has disposed of the same vide order No.260, dtd.24.02.2022 as the Petitioner is not entitled alone to receive the entire compensation amount. The order dtd.24.02.2022 has been intimated to the Petitioner and requested to attend the office of the Spl. LA & PRO, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar to receive compensation of his share only. Copy of order dtd.24.02.2022 is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE-A/1."

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the order dated 24.02.2022 (Annexure-A/1), the directions passed by this Court stands fully complied with.

5. None has put in appearance for the petitioner to refute the above stand.

6. In view of the above, the CONTC is disposed of as infructuous.
