Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Bringing to the nature of challenge to the order dated 27.10.2021 at page-14 of the brief, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits the correspondence therein involving two issues out of which one is challenged in this Court in W.P.(C) No.27097 of 2022 being disposed of on 24.11.2022 directing the competent authority to consider the representation therein and involving the Petitioner. For the case pending for consideration at appropriate level taking this Court to the plea taken therein and pendency of the representation of the Petitioner herein at Annexure-5 Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner claims the direction made also be given to the competent authority also involving the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 for being considered in the consideration process. 3.

For the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.27097 of 2022, learned State Counsel has no objection, who however submits the possibility of consideration is subject to the fact that consideration involving the direction in W.P.(C) No.27097 of 2022 is pending as of

// 2 // now. This Court records the submission of Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the direction given in W.P.(C) No.27097 of 2022 is yet to be complied.

In the circumstance, this Court observes let Opposite Party No.3 consider the case of the Petitioner involved herein vide Annexure-5. In the process of consideration through the direction of W.P.(C) No.27097 of 2022, but however also involving the order at Annexure-1 and 2.
