2. Heard Mr. S. Moaharana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. G.R. Mohapatra, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

3. Mr. Mohapatra on instruction submits that in the meantime, the writ report of the petitioner has already been registered as F.I.R., i.e., Tirtol P.S. Case No.682 dated 17.11.2022. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

5. The CRLMP stands disposed of.
