This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the writ application has been disposed of by order dated 15.11.2022 but, in paragraph-6 of the said order, inadvertently, it has not been written the matter has been disposed of.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 7th line of Paragraph-6 of the order dated 15.11.2022 after the words "in accordance with law" the words be inserted "the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of production", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

5.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
