Mr. Satpathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer of his client is for consideration by the authority of objection filed by him in Revision Case no.627 of 1987 (State v. Nrusingh Sethi).

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there was direction by previous coordinate Bench to obtain instruction whether the revision case is still pending. He prays for adjournment.

In view of prayer made in the writ petition, no purpose will be served by granting adjournment. Instead, we direct that opposite party no.2 will, on communication of this order, either make available to petitioner order made disposing of the revision case or take into consideration the objection at annexure 4 and thereupon expeditiously deal with the case. In event the case is still pending, it should be dealt with within six weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
