This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the District Sub-Registrar, Puri-Opposite Party No.3 to supply certified copy of sale deed under Annexure-1. 3.
On perusal of the writ petition, it appears from paragraph-3 that the sale deed under Annexure-1 has already been destroyed in FUNNI Cyclone as per the information supplied by the Public Information Officer-cum-District SubRegistrar, Puri vide his Letter No. 715 dated 23rd February, 2021 under Annexure-2 series. Thus, the prayer made cannot be granted in a writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

The Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
