This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 4th November, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P. No. 76 of 2017.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. He has also filed a memo at Flag-B to that effect.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The interim order dated 12th December, 2019 passed in I.A. No. 16778 of 2019 stands vacated.
