Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the bail application has been disposed of by order dated 06.04.2022 but inadvertently in the last line of the paragraph-7 of the said order, the words "similar nature of" has not been written. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.
Accordingly, it is directed that in the last line of paragraph-7 of the order dated 06.04.2022 after the word "no", the words "similar nature of" be inserted, rest part of the order remaining the same. 6.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
