This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party nos. 8, 9 and 10 not to carry out the forced eviction without any order from any court of law. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that due to the forced eviction, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that this is a purely private dispute and civil suits are pending between the parties. Therefore, this Court should not entertain such writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, it appears that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and opposite party nos. 8, 9 and 10 and instead of approaching the civil court, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition, for which this writ petition is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
