This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 1.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the office order dated 7.3.2018 as at Annexure-4 and direct the respondents to allow 3% increment w.e.f 1.1.2013 in terms of the order dated 7.12.2013 at Annexure-3 and accordingly grant 3rd MACP upgradation w.e.f 20.11.2016 under ORSP Rules, 2017 with all consequential financial benefits."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance

// 2 // with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
