1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offence alleged are under Sections 376-AB/294/506 of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

4. Considering the statement of the victim and in absence of any changed circumstance, I am not inclined to deviate from the earlier order passed by this Court.
