CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI
ORDER
14.11.2022 Order No.
01.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. Pratik Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Mr. Pratik Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that 25 posts were advertised for direct recruitment, as per the guidelines. But as against direct recruitment of 25 posts, which belonged to 50% of total posts advertised, appointment was given to 28 persons. Therefore, the authority cannot go beyond the post advertised. It is contended that those three persons, who have got such benefit, are not known to the petitioner and, as such, although those three persons are necessary parties to the writ petition, they have not been impleaded. Therefore, to find out the whereabouts of those persons, who have been appointed in excess of the advertisement, he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars. 4.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
