Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. J. Sahu has filed Vakalatnama and affidavit on behalf of the informant/victim. The Vakalatnama and affidavit filed on behalf of the informant/victim is taken on record. 4.

Name of Mr. J. Sahu be reflected in the file, in the cause list as well as in the CMS of this Court.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.5057 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, arising out of Nayapalli P.S. Case No.556 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 364A/386/323/506/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 26.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the recitals in the affidavit, which inter alia indicate that the matter has been settled inter se between the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
