The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to declare that the petitioner is entitled to get Grade Pay of Rs.6,600/- on 3rd financial upgradation under RACP Scheme and accordingly petitioner's pay be fixed with Grade Pay of Rs.6,600/- instead of Rs.5,400/- on 3rd financial up-gradation by quashing the order at Annexure-6 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to pay the consequential differential arrear salary as accrued in favour of petitioner, within a time bound period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.
